Laughlin River Run
April 21st – 25th, 2010
Hello Everyone,
It’s Laughlin time again! We are now in the process of booking this year’s trip. It is hard to believe but this is our 15th year traveling to the event! This Fly And Ride event is a great way to kickoff the riding season!! Why not a trip to the largest and best event on the West Coast?
We would like to once again thank everyone who has traveled with us in the past and have helped make this a fun and successful trip for us all! For any newcomers to this event be prepared to have the time of your life! Hotel accommodations and air fares are as low as I have ever seen them so now is the perfect time for a getaway!
Because Sin City is such a fun place to hang out, Mark and Elizabeth are staying in Las Vegas during the duration of the event. We will base our activities out of the city with day trips to places like, The Valley Of Fire, Pahrump, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, and of course a trip into Laughlin for the day. Any of you who think this sounds like fun are welcome to join us!
We have held our fee for hauling your bike to and from Las Vegas this year at $425.00. All reservations are booked through All American Cycle, and checks are made out to All American Cycle.
Your bike will need to be dropped of at All American Cycle no later than 6:00 PM on Friday April 16th for loading.
You will be able to pick your bike up in Las Vegas at the following times:
- Wednesday, April 23rd, 9:00 AM till Noon
- Wednesday, April 23rd, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Thursday, April 24th, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
The bikes will be unloaded for pickup at the truck parking lot, behind the Luxor or Excalibur Hotels (depending on which lot has space availability) on Wednesday morning.
Bikes need to be returned to the Luxor on Sunday, April 25th no later than 1:00 pm. The loading process takes several hours, so we must be very strict about the return deadline.
Along with your booking you will need to fill out the necessary paperwork for insurance & loading purposes. Please drop by the shop and to fill out these forms. We will also need a copy of: your waiver, current registration, and your deposit. Also on the form please include your cell phone number.
REMEMBER: Bikes need to be at All American Cycle no later than Friday April 16th, for loading.
WE MUST HAVE duplicate keys for ignition, all locks, and any locks you want to use. You must have your own set of keys when you arrive to pick up your bike.
